With more than 30 years of experience, Galvan is an expert in hearing healthcare . After completing her Masters degree at Northern Illinois University, Galvan earned her Doctor of Audiology from A.T. Still University. She continues to broaden her knowledge, expanding her education to include bone conduction hearing solutions and Cochlear Implants.

Galvan enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and is an avid animal lover.
